Working in the lab of Dr. Peter Rogan, RIOT member Stephanie Dorman works on research aimed at helping to identify mutations in biological pathways that predict breast cancer migration. The hope is this will allow oncologists and clinical laboratories to better predict which women are at higher risk for metastasis and which ones do not need chemotherapy after tumour removal.
